Conditional Annotations so you can hide text from certain users #589

A direct example of this is shown in the videos of Rosy (who needs to be put 
back online, please) where the Wave client only shows some text to specific 
users. In the Rosy demo, the English speaker would see his own text and 
that's all, whilst the Frenchman saw the French translation in the same blip. 

I want this (the functionality to show text to only one participant) to be 
available in the Robot API's. A proposed API would be a new annotation, with 
a key of conditional/show and the value being the participant's name.

I know the functionality to add private wavelets is coming soon, but this is 
different in the fact that certain content within a blip is selectively 
hidden/shown to different participants.
