Add Wrinkler options #102

Adds the option to keep the maximum-1 amount of Wrinklers.

  1. Popping the oldest Wrinkler
  2. Popping the oldest but ignoring Shiny Wrinkler unless all Wrinklers are Shiny.

Also reduces delay so the respawning starts faster.

I could also add back that the wrinklers only get popped if they've eaten something for the existing modes.

Readded a check for whether a wrinkler as eaten from the cookie, I was previously not aware that it's needed in order to get event drops: https://cookieclicker.fandom.com/wiki/Halloween_season#Cookie_Spawn_Probabilities
