feature request: assist for magic spell: to get more cookies
if 1 GC - do nothing
if 2 or more GC - if enough mana - cast Deminish Ineptitude and Hand of Fate or only Hand of Fate
if 3 GC - use Sugar Lamp (limit X Lamps / Y Hours), cast Deminish Ineptitude and Hand of Fate
