Image Tracking Examples work with a-frame rev 1.3.0 but not with 1.4.0 nor 1.4.1

In particular, the example here https://hiukim.github.io/mind-ar-js-doc/examples/events-handling does not work as documented, but it does work if I use a-frame rev 1.3.0.

should be working now in latest version 1.2.2
