CDN resource reachable. wiki not use. #460

Because of this repo doesn't have dist dir then CDN can't fetch file under this folder

And many links of your doc can't be used, maybe you can fix this some time.

really? that link "https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mind-ar@1.2.2/dist/mindar-image-aframe.prod.js" actually works for me

the dist dir is updated to npm when I publish the package, so it should be there.
