DRDB remove highest and lowest titer from geomean calculation #33

This create a problem in CP results of https://covdb.stanford.edu/search-drdb/?article=Schmidt21&host=human. Where the 74 is single-handed contributed by one outlier 3,727.

Closed due to we decide to keep geometric mean rather than median after a discussion.
