The study stated that part of its data are from published research but the remaining are from COG-UK which presumably not previously published. All the mutations and timepoints are provided on https://github.com/BioWilko/recurrent-sars-cov-2-mutations/blob/main/dataset/mutation_calls.csv. Currently there are 28 patients.

It seems 10 of the 28 patients are from literature previously summarized by Peacock21. A hard way is to identify the remaining 18 by comparing the mutations.
