tests(initial configuration completed)

Added initial configuration needed.
Added engines object to package.json as informative of versions needed.
Added initial test to ensure jest is working properly and all initial configuration is present.
Added one command as show-on-error-notes to inform about needed file in case of error when installing and first run.

Note: this will be the base branch, as starting point for all the tests.
