Should users be able to create buses in the MVP?

this will definitely be a feature in later releases, but what are the wins and drawbacks of letting people do this in the MVP?

I think users should be able to create their own buses:

Here are the Wins:

14 out 0f 17 buses that have booked since April 24th have been "created" or "organized" from and by someone else. I have organzied 3 of them to this point (and helped some collect funds through Eventbrite) If you log on to see the Google Docs, ALL 28 quotes and 32 buses are from people organizing their own buses (aside from my three buses)

Being able to leverage other people and their personal or private events (Weddings, birthdays, private Brewer/Sports outings, etc...)

When people call in to get a quote on a bus I can direct them to the MVP system/app/web

Giving list of people who have paid to the driver for bus rental/event at First Student (through me as contact person)

Potential Drawbacks:

No current system in place (this is for later versions outside of MVP) for making sure bus is left clean. Could get fined $100 for leaving trash on bus because I'm not physically there to clean and tell people to clean up after themselves.

Tips for Drivers. With me not being there or with someone else "organizing" the bus there is no way to specifically know if someone tried collecting tips or not for the driver (not expected, but gratuity is obviously appreciated and recommended)
