HiveMQ Edge is an MQTT gateway that enables interoperability between OT devices and IT systems. It translates diverse protocols into MQTT for streamlined communication and helps organize data into a unified namespace, making managing and streaming data across your infrastructure easier.
The PR finalises a policy's creation process by publishing it through the relevant Data Hub API endpoints.
Design
The publishing button is only enabled if a policy has been successfully checked for validity
in such a case, the last element of the check results contains the payloads for the resources (Schema and Script) and the main policy.
payloads are sent to the relevant API endpoints asynchronously, starting with the resources
Toasts are used to convey success or error for each of the requests
Out-of-scops
The process assumes the construction of a new policy from scratch. Handling existing or new resource versions will be dealt with in a subsequent ticket.
Error handling (e.g. interruption of the requests and relating errors to the node in the graph) will be dealt with in a subsequent ticket.
