Hitting the refresh button made the last sent transaction disappear #110

When sending from hive-js, hitting the refresh button made the transaction disappear for ~2 mins.

The disappear issue should be resolved with https://github.com/weilu/bitcoinjs-lib/commit/267eeef875db35aa6132d1bcbb237f5316d02154 and https://github.com/hivewallet/hive-js/commit/bcc0a6e6893a3d08c465fe5a6f30dd87736075d6
