add "browser" ticket field in zendesk #137

And fill it with current user agent when submitting the support form.

Why would they care about it?

If a service is collecting my browser information, I'd like to know that. Though these days services don't really tell users such things. "Be the change you want to see" I guess?

Do you have any idea into how many log files your user agent string is written on an average day? :P
