Re-factor the settings drawer #153

I'd like to:

a) Make the code better (sub modules for content) b) Make the transitions more performant (will need to use a bit of translate: transform magic)

Still need to work on animation alternatives, but will close this for now and open a separate issue for animation performance across the app.
