Account details don't update the first time they are changed. #182

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new wallet
  2. Open drawer and submit a name (but no email)
  3. Change details, this time add an email and submit
  4. Avatar won't update
  5. Refresh browser (or log out) and re-open the same wallet
  6. Avatar is update and now works as expected

Turns out I found this a while back: https://github.com/hivewallet/hive-js/issues/149, though we thought it might be a gravatar issue (it's not).
