On send failure, prompt user to send a bug report #188

With the content prefilled with the error message that's currently shown in the browser console.

@jenbennings @haustraliaer bump. Can I get some feedback on this so I can move forward with a production deployment? It's a security patch(#189) that I don't want to wait for too long.

Can one of you double check the text before I push the string up for translation? :)

On second thoughts we should probably bump that stuff an extra line so the user doesn't need to tap enter and select the line above (more annoying on phones). My small edits to the text including the returns and dashed lines below:
