Input field issues #95

[x] Stop keyboard overlaying input fields in some situations
[x] Style all inputs (text & select fields)
[x] Remove autofocus (maybe just for touch devices)
[x] Reduce delay from tapping input field to keyboard opening on touch devices (might not be possible).
[x] Clear pin and handle focus when error modal opens.
[x] Remove capitalisation / spell check etc

Sometimes the delay is still there when tapping input fields, but I think it's an OS level issue. The best I could do was improve the tappable area to reduce user error.
