better zendesk integration #417

Replace the mailto: link with a window for entering the feedback, send it through the Zendesk API, and attach logs and debugging info automatically.

Alternative idea: we could integrate HockeyApp's feedback module which works in a similar way - I think the latest version of the SDK includes some kind of built-in dialog for sending that.
