Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to access the database underlying Interferome, namely something that specificies Interferon type, subtype and the GES for each dataset. Thank you in advance, Edgar.

Hi, @ebasto I can direct you to the group that has built this database, Professor Paul Hertzog at Hudson Institute is who you would like to enquire. Unfortunately I don't have the database with me as I am the former developer. The database is hosted privately.
