Add logging feature for all actual values (decimal) #148

Fix #142. Please pick a suitable file name suffix. Language packs need to take care. The menu label may be improve.

BTW, the source code of the project contains many duplicate logic, I hope to reuse them with like functions and merge. any comments?

I will re-build all feature in CrystalDiskInfo 9.
