Subscription second widget window: button "Please accept the terms and conditions first." #944

Description

After entering e-mail and tap "subscribe" a second window with new button "Please accept the terms and conditions first." doesn't work, and no way found to set up this. So subscription can no more work!

I found out that in the changelog: 3.5.8 Fix: GDPR consent not required for legacy newsletter subscription forms. Seems not working for me. I have 3.6.2 in auto update.
