net-analyzer/w3af-9999 fails to build with USE='-gtk'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. USE='-gtk' emerge =net-analyzer/w3af-9999

>>> Install w3af-9999 into /var/tmp/portage/net-analyzer/w3af-9999/image/ 
category net-analyzer
chmod: cannot access 
‘/var/tmp/portage/net-analyzer/w3af-9999/image//usr/lib64/w3af/w3af_gui’: 
No such file or directory
 * ERROR: net-analyzer/w3af-9999::pentoo failed (install phase):
 *   fperms failed

Line 71 of the ebuild needs some magic.

I should probably just remove that ebuild. Please don't use it as we dont have 
bandwidth to support fast forward live ebuilds. Unless you want to take over 
and provide a patch.
