Browser reload needed when switching themes #69

app.switchTheme() leaves the app in a "corrupt" state --- current workaround is a manually-triggered page reload.

This was partly fixed, but the app is still in a "corrupted" state after theme switching --- e.g. pod tooltips won't display.
