Trouble occurs when printing Korean in BarcodeImage #73

Nice to meet you. I created a QR code using Camera.MAUI. If the Korean string is included, the QR code is not output normally. I'd like to be able to provide a property to select CharacterSet options or treat them as UTF-8.

Yes that's true. I want an EncodingOption for BarcodeImage.
