Videofriender has apparently re-implemented their DNS musical chairs game. The 
processor has been rewritten from scratch to try to keep up with the changes, 
but needs to be monitored for a while.

The etag test proved to be ineffective; the active server is not always running 
CentOS. Changed method to DNS lookup only with a refresh every hour.
