Artifact responsibilities

The tasks that I was previously assigned include the "prototype and proof of concept" artifact which is in fact the actual prototype. I thought I remembered a group of people just to create the prototype being created. Also It seems only Adam Moore and I actually have names stated on the artifact assignments. And I don't recall being in charge of Domain Model or Business rules. Maybe the light green/blue look alike or something? If any further changes happen could you at least send out an email informing us that the stuff we were working on has changed?

If at all possible, we need to look into having the leaders meeting here shortly (tomorrow if possible) and getting these things set in stone. Otherwise it won't get done. This could probably be done online or in person, I don't care which, but time is running short and we need to get the assignments out and set.

Couldn't agree more. I know me and Robert have OS until 2:15, we can meet after that. Or we could do it online. Here is the working structure for what groups get what task:

My only concerns with this is giving R/A team 1 so much work, especially now that I am gone from that group and they are man down. So I may move Supplementary Specs off of them and take it on myself or reassign it (Testing & Security likely).

Thoughts? On meeting times? Places? Assignments?

I'm going to e-mail this list to the group leaders later tonight (~7), so add another comment if you feel this needs changing. If I don't hear from you guys about a time/place to meet up by the time I send it, I'll just ask every group leader if they can meet for around 10 minutes in the CS Student Lounge at 2:30 and we'll make sure actual people are assigned to each artifact. If a group leader cannot make it, they can e-mail me the assignments.

wouldnt everyones HW1 be a use case

Yes, it would. But some of them may conflict or overlap. And all of them will need to be further developed.

Best case scenario (merely spit balling) would be to take the use cases in the group, work with them and develop new ones as things get hammered out. There are no doubt going to be things come up that haven't been looked at and things that can be ruled out in the process.

(Was meaning to say, it will be good to use the Use Cases from HW1, but develop new ones and rule out obsolete ones in the inception process.)

That's a good idea. I'll send out an e-mail tomorrow telling everyone to mail us their HW 1 use cases. Do you want them all KD? Or do you want them to mail it to me and I deal with it?

Alright, all e-mails sent. I dispatched the above list of artifact assignments to all group leader, sent an e-mail asking if we could meet today at 2:30 (no responses so far), and also sent out an e-mail to all the group members asking them to send their homework 1's to me and KD (I told them to send it to: kdwilson718@gmail.com).

Also, I have not found a replacement leader for R/A Team 1. Jim could not do it, so I am still looking and, ideally, waiting on Xingyu to respond and accept.

Yea... this was fouled up royally, we wanted HW 6. We've fixed this and just asked for everything.
