Notice to all Requirements and Analysis Team 1 Members:

Xingyu Wang is your new group leader.

He will be responsible for assigning artifacts to R/A Team 1.

If R/A Team 1 has any questions, going through Xingyu first would likely be easier (you can always e-mail me though).
