When will I get a response and update on this issue?
I'm sorry - I provide zero support for anything HOOBS-related. I would suggest you shift over to Homebridge rather than HOOBS - there are significant HBUP webUI components only available there - or use the Homebridge Discord on the #unifi-protect channel.

Describe the problem
I am completely new to Hoobs and GitHub....please bear with me. I had HOOBS support help me install this plugin and when it was completed, the camera views were showing but almost all of the devices were showing in duplicate. HOOBS support tried to help troubleshoot but was unable to find the issue so they recommended submiting a support ticket. It has been a few months since I first installed and haven't had a chance to revisit this issue. Tonight I cannot get any of the cameras to load the streams in HOOBS and hopefully the logs below help to troubleshoot. Appreciate any help to solve this. HOOBS Pro client is 5.0.4
