Occasional doorbell notification issues for the UVC G4 Doorbell in Protect v1.17 and later #296

Describe The Problem: I don't receive push notification when somebody rings at the door with the UVC G4 Doorbell.

To Reproduce: Wait for a delivery :)

Known issue that happens occasionally in the post 1.17 world. I’ll address this in the next update. Thanks!

Any ETA on the next update? In my use case this bug occurs nearly every single time the bell is rung making it effectively unable to detect bell rings.
