Troubleshooting Push Notifications

I had push notifications going from Protect to HomeKit properly, but they stopped working at some point recently and am looking for help to further troubleshoot what part might not be working properly.

Details:

• Motion alerts do NOT show up in Home
• Doorbell rings DO show up with a push notification
• I get push notifications to the Protect app when motion is detected, doorbell rings too
• I am using a separate admin user for the plugin's authentication

I confirmed everything is on the latest version - Protect and the CloudKey are on the latest stable release. Same for Homebridge and all my plugins.

As per the Troubleshooting page, I confirmed the Cloud Key and my computer running Homebridge (iMac) had the same system time:

I'm suspicious that the problem is in my UniFi Protect somewhere... some unrelated issues that I'm having:

• Protect is not sending me emails when motion is detected, even though I have those alerts set up. I used to get emails, but then they were sporadic for a while, and now I'm not getting any. It's most likely gmail blocking the emails (they've been overly aggressive on blocking emails for me from other automated senders too), but could be UniFi's problem.
• When I open the Protect app on my phone, it shows a status of "Remotely Connected" even though I'm on the same WiFi. Quick googling suggests this is not uncommon, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

I'm looking for any other suggestions to help troubleshoot this to try and figure out what might be causing the problem.

I understand the auto-close, and opened a support request with the proper issue template. The odd thing is that I did not get the template pre-filled when I clicked on the "New Issue" button. Not sure why, and honestly, I don't remember which button I clicked, so I wouldn't be able to reproduce it...
