Yes, I also encountered the same problem Could you please provide the original document of ‘/home/lm/graspit/models/robots/ShadowHand_gai/our_hand.xml’ for visualization? It seems that the files in folder graspit/model/robot/ShadowHand/shadowhand.xml cannot be applied directly. Thank you in advance.

Oh, it's changing the 17 DOF of the original document to 22 DOF.
