Is fpart prerequisite? #12

Hello! In my understanding fpart is prerequisite for using parsyncfp. At least I get an error message when executing parsyncfp --help that fpart is not installed.

If yes you should add this prerequisite to the documentation here.

Thanks for pointing that out. I've changed the README to make that clearer.
