Not an issue but thanks #37

I wanted to thank you for both parsyncfp as a whole and the latest update in particular. I'd been using 1.67 and yesterday I discovered that I was running into problems with the fpart files not being fully populated. This update fixed that issue and is making my life a lot easier.
