perl-Statistics-Descriptive seems abandoned #17

You should consider either including this package and maintaining it, or replace it's functionality. It looks like this package is abandoned as it hasn't been updated in almost a year and hasn't been added to RHEL 9 ecosystem which is over 2 years old now.

Thanks for that - the bit that uses perl-Statistics-Descriptive is an edge-case option on 'scut' (included as a useful tool with pfp2). I'll rewrite 'scut' it to eliminate that option and suggest a better approach -> 'stats', which provides more descriptive stats and seems to be more flexible as well.
