I just recompiled and installed your Kanban Tasker and it looks very promising.
However I miss one thing however that is essential to Kanban and that is to be able to set a limit on the number of tasks on the ‘In Progress’ column. This column represents the WIP (Work In Progress) and one should be able to limit the amount of tasks one is working on to a low number (1 or a few at best) to prevent heavy task switching instead of working and completing tasks.

See section 2 in What Is https://kanbanize.com/kanban-resources/getting-started/what-is-kanban it says: ‘If there are no work-in-progress limits, you are not doing Kanban’.
https://kanbanzone.com/resources/kanban/wip-limits gives an example and ends up with a value of 8.
