Describe "Module Bug or Issue"

When updating / installing a game using Update-SteamApp, SteamCMD shows the following warning:

Please use force_install_dir before logon!

Context "The Problem"

The order of the parameters when calling SteamCMD could be switched.

Context "Expected Behavior"

The warning from SteamCMD should not occur.
