It crashes immediately instead of opening my file. #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Formulate
2. Try to open my file
3. It crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for it to open my file so I can edit it. It doesn't do 
it for all of my files, just this one. You can get a copy of it here: 
http://www.townofboone.net/departments/hr/applica.pdf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Formulate Pro version 0.0.6
Mac OS X version 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.
I'll keep trying, but appreciate the help!
