Missing "cd Manifold" #11

Hey, thank you very much for your code and the help. In the installation guide, you missed to write 'cd Manifold' before 'mkdir build'. It might be clear for cmake-experienced people but I have spent hours to find the mistake.

If you could correct this, it would be really great. Thank you!
