Fix line with broken links to chapter 12 and BDD appendix.

again i really appreciate the contribution! please do send in any other fixes. but cf comment on this other pr, this isn't how links work in the final asciidoc renders.

for curiosity - in asciidoc, you can add a link target with 

[[link-id]]
Some text or maybe a chapter heading or maybe an image follows

and later in the text you can refer to it lke this

<<link-id>>

are you reading the book on github? have you seen the version that's online at http://www.obeythetestinggoat.com/ ?
