Students2Groups Meteor application. Noticed in Spanish conversation class that the teacher doesn't have a good method to divide students into small groups for conversation so this application will provide easy way to do that. Also testing Meteor/React technologies with this application.

Add constraint/dependency to minGroupSize slider #64
Implement dependency with nbrPresentStudents.
for example if nbrPresentStudents == 3, do not allow minGroupSize 4 or bigger.
If minGroupSize of value 1 is selected, give some funny feedback to user (something like, "so uh you prefer the individualistic aspects of life?"
