Get exchange rates by source besides "all" #1

Extend the /exchanges endpoint to get exchange rates from a single source.

A request example to get exchange rates from Banco Nacional de Angola would be:

It would maybe be a good idea to include other commercial banks as sources, like BFA, Atlântico, Sol, etc.
