Add id property to the last column #107

Added the id property to the last column to allow further manipulation after initialization.

Hi,

The changes is OK. As the file that you are working on will be deleted on next release, would you make the same changes to the jquery.appendGrid-development.js file instead?

Sorry about that, didn't saw this file. Just moved the changes to the development file.
