Under vagrant folder, which folder I should use for ubuntu

hey,ouwais1922 it depends upon which operating system you are using
if mac OS use -->Automated provisioning MacOSM1 or Manual provisioning MacOSM1 if windows user -- > Automated provisioning WinMacIntel or Manual provisioning WinMacIntel

And i hope you know how automated and manual works hope this may help

i have problems installing my virtualbox as well as vagrant,what should i do?

you can install it using choco or download it directly
