Option of noting that the base of the reservoir is not a seismic pick as uncertainty will have to be treated differently. Might be what already exists under advanced but there should be an option to only overwrite uncertainty on one of the surfaces.

Aye I will add something in. Either under 'Advanced' or next to the horizon pick clarity option.

Could implemented easily if the handover idea in issue #25 was implemented, where it is defined if the top and/or base maps are seismic surfaces, isochores or other.
