[BUG] macOS - Settings doesn't show up #349

Describe the bug Trying to go to Settings (Command-,) doesn't do anything.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior A settings/preferences window should show up.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Additional context Is there a Settings window or that just doesn't exist?

The following window (Application Preference) should appear as it should behave.

If it does not appear, please use AppClear once to uninstall nanoem, including the settings.

What is your language setting set to? ( I have determined that I need to isolate whether this is a locale-specific issue or not)

If possible, try setting the application-specific language setting to Japanese.

I'm not sure about the other person but I use English for my language settings

Yeah it's a locale-specific issue.

Also changing the language in the Settings.app doesn't change nanoem.app language as well.

Released v34.10.0 fixed the bug.
