サードパーティの Cookie をブロックすると、プラグインが動作しない

下記のエラーが発生する

Uncaught SecurityError: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.

原因は Cookie 設定

サイトの設定を選んで

「サードパーティの Cookie をブロックする」または「すべての Cookie をブロックする」 が選択されていたら、 「シークレット モードでサードパーティの Cookie をブロックする」に切り替える。

これで起動するようになる。
