Not working in included div #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the htc file on a div included in another div
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: curved border or border
Seen: no border

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last one (no rev number), on Windows XP and Seven (IE6, IE7 & IE8)
