Move (anything.)demdex.net from whitelist to blacklist #58

Describe the bug Domain demdex.net, and all its subdomains, should be removed from the whitelist and shifted to the blacklist.

This includes the following rules currently in whitelist:

@@||dpm.demdex.net^$important
@@||mscom.demdex.net^$important

Further, demdex.net should be blacklisted with the following rule: ||demdex.net^$important

Justification This domain and any subdomain should never have been added to the whitelist, and any attempts to add this to white list should be dropped.

demdex.net is owned by Adobe, and forms part of their Audience Manager and the Adobe Experience Platform Identity Service platforms, which serve to track users across web properties.

All subdomains should also be considered trackers.
