Fixing typosquatting regressions #73

I am working on a fix for side-effects caused by my typosquatting list.

In the meantime please manually whitelist any odd blocked sites.

e.g. Australian banks or shops

The fix should be out in about 10 days.

For the moment I'm making a change to not include the typosquatting list in the generated block lists.

Fixed in latest commit.
