ValueSet BeAllergyIntoleranceCode representation #122

Some small remarks on the ValueSet BeAllergyIntoleranceCode (Section 5.4.1.2) o Expansion: is there a specific reason why each line is duplicated?

o “This value set contains 1001 concepts”: in reality the number is much higher cf. BeCausativeAgent which consists of two SCT refsets who each contain over > 1000 members. Might be good to replace by “> 1000” as done on the BeCausativeAgent? o Additional Designations and Language Displays: table contains column http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/designation-usage#display which seems to contain a mixture of FSN (example: Tetramine toxin (substance)), Dutch (gedistilleerde drank) and French (métabisulfite de potassium). This is probably not intended? image

Hi Ilse, for the creation of these pages, we entirely depend on the tooling as provided by HL7 Int'l (in this case, the IG Publisher). If you want to, I can raise these issues to the "community".

@bdc-ehealth Thanks for the feedback. In my opinion it might be good to raise as low priority? In the end it will lead to more correct and comprehensive publications. Thanks!

@bdc-ehealth While on it ... Is there a possibility to display translations straight from the SCT browser (Belgian edition; and use the ones indicated as "Preferred")? That way we would never end up with displaying inactivated descriptions? If there is a link possible, are there also possibilities to mark inactivated concepts in the FHIR display ? (referring also to the BeRiskManifestation value set which is displayed differently then the BeAllergyIntoleranceCode. @annenerenhausen FYI
