@annenerenhausen : I created the profiles according to this document. However, there are some elements that cannot be implemented:

Observation.status: cannot contain SNOMED CT values Observation.code: should this be a LOINC code? If glucose is tested in a LAB, the code is LOINC... Observation.referenceRange: is this checked by a business rule (program?) or in by FHIR (in the profile)
